in September of 2003 in association with Dick Backes
Auctioneers, www.backes-auction.com.
The auction company has been involved with selling real
estate and assets since 1976 throughout the Midwest.
We have taken the same philosophy and have now incorporated
it into the Real Estate Profession.
Dedication, hard work and the willingness to go that
extra mile to help put a deal together is what will
make our company stand out in the Cedar Valley. We
listen to both the Buyer and Seller to devise a plan
to consummate the closing of a Real Estate transaction.
Our staff will always be available to you for any
questions or concerns that you need answered.
In short, what has worked for us for over 27 years
in the auction business in selling millions upon millions
of dollars of assets will now be extended to offer
a new service to our entire communities and beyond.
We have also incorporated Douglas Beier as our Broker
for the Company. Doug brings over 30 years of selling
and appraising real estate to our company to better
serve you. He has the designation of being a State
Certified Appraiser.
